Co-founder of Musion and current director & owner of Musion IP, James provides The Rock Group's clients with expert knowledge and unrivalled experience in 3D Holographic Projection, more-widely referred to as 'holograms'.


James is personally responsible for delivering the most well-known holographic moments ever including Michael Jackson’s posthumous performance at the Billboard Awards, Black Eyed Peas at the French NRJ Awards, the animated band Gorillaz’s performance with Madonna at the opening of the Grammy’s, as well as being integral to Tupac Shakur appearing at Coachella.

With James involved in every aspect of delivery alongside The Rock Group’s experienced team, clients are assured of the very best bespoke service: from conception to execution.

Kate's career in the global music industry spanned over two decades seeing her oversee global marketing campaigns for numerous superstar artists such as Take That, Andrea Bocelli, Snow Patrol and Enrique Iglesias as well as be key in the development of artists such as Robyn, Feist, Juanes and Michael Kiwanuka.

Since leaving Universal Music Group (UMG) as Director of International in 2012, Kate now heads up the consultancy division of The Rock Group ensuring all clients receive the best tailored service possible, from music marketing through to production and event planning. 

Kate is the lead for The Rock Group's consultancy on The Voice for UMG and their global music partnership on the show; other key music clients include Global and Metropolis Studios, London.
